Q: I am a presenter (co-presenter). Do I still need to pay the conference fee?
Yes. All presenters, including co-presenters and panelists, must register and pay the registration fee. Presenters who choose to attend the conference only to present at their workshop are not required to pay a registration fee, however, lunch and conference services are reserved only for presenters registered to attend the full day. If you have a unique circumstance, contact Denise Felder at (651) 201-1789 immediately.
Q: Can I pay the registration fee with a credit card?
Q: Can I use one purchase order to pay for more than one person?
Yes. If you are registering more than one person, there will be a box on the online registration form for you to enter the purchase order number. Enter the same purchase order number for each person so our office can track which purchase order is attached to your registration.
Q: I am an exhibitor. Do I still need to pay the conference registration fee of $90?
No. Your exhibitor fee of $500 includes the conference registration fee for two people. This will allow you to attend the entire conference and participate in all the workshops, lunch and refreshments.
Q: I registered and I paid but I am unable to attend. Can my colleague come in my place?
Yes. We will accept substitutions. In order to do this, please contact Florence Newton at (651) 201-1679 immediately. The final deadline to do this is Friday, October 27, 2017.
